Bonobos Men's Clothier Coming to M Street

The online men's retailer signed a long-term lease at 3320 Cady's Alley.

Online men's clothier Bonobos is coming to Cady's Alley at 3320 Cady's Alley NW just off of M Street NW in Georgetown. The online retailer is expected to open its brick and mortar Georgetown "Guideshop" in January.

Bonobos takes over the 1,000-square-foot space from Yves Delorme. The Georgetown location will be the company's sixth Guideshop store in the United States, including a pop-up shop in Bethesda. Other locations include New York and Boston.

“We are impressed with the online success of the Bonobos brand and how the company effectively expanded its Internet presence with a traditional retail fashion model. Securing Bonobos supports our commitment to the neighborhood’s status as Washington’s premier retail destination and will surely complement the foot traffic in the corridor,” said Anthony Lanier, president of EastBanc in a press release.

"Bonobos’ brick-and-mortar Guideshop sites were conceptualized to transform the customer shopping experience with personalized, realistic impressions of online inventory and to register clothing measurements for future Internet purchases," according to a press release.
