British High Street Retailer Comes to Georgetown

AllSaints Spitalfields will replace Club Monaco at 3235 M Street.

AllSaints Spitalfields, a high-end British retailer, will soon call 3235 M St. home, taking over the space currently occupied by . The initial lease agreement for the Georgetown store will last for 10 years; Club Monaco's current lease agreement expires March 31. All Saints will open mid-summer, according to a press release from EastBanc.

“AllSaints has an impressive reputation in Europe and throughout the U.S. and will relate considerably well with Washingtonians and visitors coming to Georgetown,” said EastBanc President, Anthony Lanier.

EastBanc owns the property, negotiated the lease and will arrange the interior build-out over the next few months for the 8,000 sqaure foot space.

AllSaints provides menswear, womenswear and children’s fashions. The company currently has ten U.S. locations and its brand can be found in select Bloomindale’s stores.
