Inspectors from the DC Department of Health closed Dean & Deluca, 3276 M St. NW, in Georgetown Wednesday, citing "imminent health hazard(s)" in a sign posted on the store's door.

"Dean & Deluca was closed due to the presence of vermin, according to the health department," NBC Washington reported Wednesday.

The Georgetowner posted a photo of the bright orange sign on its twitter account Wednesday afternoon.

The store had several health violations during inspections in August and September, but was not closed during either inspection, The Hoya reports.
