One of your neighbors has a sense of humor and decided to use the online neighborhood issue reporting site, SeeClick, to vent about the new tenants for the Georgetown Park Mall. Apparently DC 311 is looking into this "issue." Read more.
The Georgetown Advisory Neighborhood Commission will have three special guests: Ward 2 Councilman Jack Evans, Ward 3 Councilwoman Mary Cheh and District Department of Transportation Director Terry Bellamy. The three converge in Georgetown to hear public input on the lane changes on Wisconsin Avenue and the impacts they have had on side streets in Georgetown, Burleith and Glover Park. Conversations will get heated if the list servs are any predictor.
