Evermay Owners Sell One of 3 Georgetown Properties

Sachiko Kuno and Ryuji Ueno still own the Evermay Estate and Halcyon House.

The owners of the Evermay Estate and Halcyon House sold off their third Georgetown home, 3128 P St. NW, for $3.25 million, according to Curbed DC.

The P Street home went on the market Oct. 12 for an original asking price of $3.695 million. Drs. Sachiko Kuno and Ryuji Ueno bought 3128 P St. for $2.012 million in 2003.

The pair turned heads in 2011 when they purchased in quick succession two of Georgetown's most expensive piece of real estate.

They have since converted the Evermay Estate into a performance space, residential quarters and offices for their S&R Foundation.
