'Forcible Fondling' Incident of GU Student On Burleith Street

The incident occurred Monday, Oct. 17 on the 3500 block of S Street.

A female Georgetown University student was "forcibly fondeled" while walking on the 3500 block of S Street Monday, according to a report on the GU Department of Public Safety website:

On Monday, Oct. 17 at approximately 2 p.m., a student was forcibly fondled by an unknown male in the 3500 block of S Street. The student came to the DPS station at 3:30 p.m., at which time she reported that she had been fondled. She stated that the suspect approached her from behind, and forcibly fondled her. The suspect was last seen running on S Street towards 36th Street. The incident is under investigation at the direction MPD.

According to DPS, the victim described the suspect as "a black male,in his 40's, dark complexion 5’10” medium build, short hair, gaps between his teeth, wearing dark clothing and brown shoes."
