Your teens are holding a car wash at the high school Saturday. The grandparents volunteered to take the younger children to a movie Sunday afternoon. Your tweens take tap on Wednesday evening. It’s your time. Take it.

Today comes a work out offer from Fuel Pilates. Maybe you just had a baby or maybe you have a darling one-year old, either way, it's time to work to get that pre-baby body back!
Fuel is offering a 10-week class starting Feb. 16 for new moms. Use your "me time" on Wednesdays from 2-3 p.m. Kelly Griffith of Fuel says about the class, "we are trying to get a consistent group so we can start at the beginning and advance everyone. So the first couple of sessions will start with basics with more breaks and more instruction...as we move on, classes will be faster & more intense." You don't need to be a Pilates pro to join.
