The newest Georgetown salon opened Tuesday, but owner Luigi Parasmo and his salon partner Javier Calvo toasted their new venture Monday with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres from Neyla. Luigi Parasmo Salon is now open at 1510 Wisconsin Ave.
Parasmo is no stranger to Georgetown, having previously worked at the Watergate, Erwin Gomez Salon and Toka Salon.
