Truck Crashes into Stairs of P Street Building
A pick-up driver drove into the stairs of a building on P Street near 33rd Street, NW.
D.C. Fire and EMS are responding to a crash that occurred just afer 8 a.m. Friday on P Street near 33rd Street, NW.
The driver of a pick-up truck may have had a "medical event" that caused him to drive off of the road and crash into the stairs of a building on P Street in Georgetown, according to D.C. Fire and EMS Battalion Chief Brian Lee.
Lee called the incident "very minor" and said there was no serious structural damage to the building.
D.C. FEMS personnel are still evaluating the driver, but will likely transport the individual to an area hospital, said Lee.
