VIDEO: Prince George's County Executive Makes Friendly Wager on Redskins Game

Dow Constantine and Prince George's County (Md.) Executive Rushern L. Baker III have agreed to wear the opposing team's jersey in public if their team is not victorious Sunday.

The Washington Redskins will have a new 12th man on the team if they prevail against the Seattle Seahawks in Sunday's NFC wildcard playoff game.

King County Executive Dow Constantine has made a friendly wager with Rushern L. Baker III, executive of Prince George's County, Md, home to the Redskins' stadium at FedExField.

The loser will wear the other team's jersey during a public event, and the winner will receive a case of coffee from the other city.
