View Finder: Evening of Cocktails and music at Halcyon House raises money for Summer Park Concerts
On Valentine's Day, the inside of Halcyon House was decorated red, white and pink as the Citizens Association of Georgetown held a fundraiser for next summer's Concerts in the Parks Series.
