To celebrate the revitalization and redevelopment of The Washington Harbour at Georgetown Waterfront through the beauty of art, Art Soiree presents ART METAMORPHOSIS GALA on Thursday, June 14, 2012. For one night, The Washington Harbour, in the heart of the nation’s capital, transforms into an artist’s canvas, bringing in some of the most innovative artists of DC and beyond. From 6pm until 12am, 26 visual artists, one representing each year of the Harbour existence, will create live art right in front of the attendees. Artistic video and light installations along with live music, DJ, and a hair and fashion show by Roche Salon will further enhance the transformational experience and add to the lively atmosphere.

Famous Nick’s Riverside Grille and Tony & Joe’s Seafood restaurants will offer delicious samplings of the new menus and will be opening their doors for the first time since renovation.

The event is FREE; however, an online ticket reservation is required. http://theartsoiree.com/2012/05/art-metamorphosis-gala-at-washington-harbour/
