Clean Water Act 40th Anniversary Paddle & Rally
Saturday, September 15th 11am-3pm
Georgetown Waterfront Park

Join us on Saturday, September 15th for celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Clean Water Act at the Georgetown Waterfront Park. This rally is the capstone to Waterkeeper Alliance's year-long CWA 40 Campaign. The entire family is invited to participate in our morning paddle out on the Potomac River followed by a series of clean water advocate speakers, highlighting progress made with this landmark legislation and envisioning a hopeful future for the next 40 years. This is a unique opportunity to paddle right alongside your local Riverkeepers. The rally will culminate in other fun activities, including a waterfront river clean up.

For more information about the rally, on signing up and volunteering, please visit http://www.potomacriverkeeper.org/CWA40Rally.
