Since 1986, The Studio Theatre Acting Conservatory has offered a Young Actors program. The curriculum provides disciplined, process-oriented training for young actors (ages 12 – 17) with or without prior experience or training.
This summer, Studio Theatre is launching the newly expanded full-day summer program. Registered students are carefully placed based on their auditions enabling our instructors to develop individual students to their fullest potentials.
Session I: June 25-July 13, 2012
Session II: July 16-August 3, 2012
Hours: 9:00am-3:00pm
Extended Hours Available (Additional Fee): 3:00pm-6:00pm

More About The Studio Theatre
The Studio Theater is a unique performance venue offering contemporary theater, special events and educational programs for residents of the Washington, D.C. metro area.
The location offers four intimate performance areas as well as numerous community outreach programs and theater training activities.
Residents of the area can get involved with the theater in numerous ways, including with acting apprenticeships, theater training, volunteer work, ushering and writing programs.
Some past productions include: American Buffalo, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, The Shape of Things and A Clockwork Orange.
