Capitol Hill Meditation Class

January: A New You

We tend to relate to the appearance of a faulty limited self. We apply methods to become perfect. Ordinary methods that result in a perfectly ordinary person! Through Buddha’s teaching we can change how we relate to ourselves by identifying with our potential and in so doing become a perfectly wonderful new you!

In this series we will explore Buddha’s tantric methods to accomplish a better self-image. In this way we will develop real self-esteem and become of great benefit to others.
