Capitol Hill Meditation Class - Mondays

Capitol Hill General Program – Mondays

November & December: Atisha's Advice

Atisha is a scholar, meditation master and author, renowned for the Lamrim, an extraordinarily accessible collection of Buddha’s teaching.

Few texts explain how to practice and progress along the spiritual path more practically then Advice from Atisha’s Heart. In this series, we will explore the teachings given to us by Atisha, their benefits, and how to integrate them into our daily life.

Each General Program class includes a teaching, guided meditations, and time for Q&A. Everyone is welcome. Each class is self-contained. Feel free to drop in any time.
