English conversation club at Georgetown Neighborhood Library

If you are an adult non-native speaker of English, the ongoing English conversation club at the Georgetown Neighborhood Library is a relaxed way to meet new friends while improving your conversation skills in English.  The conversation club, meeting Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 am until noon at the Georgetown Neighborhood Library, Wisconsin and R Streets NW, will keep you informed of world events and will introduce you to the rich cultural resources of Washington, DC.  Led by a trained facilitator from the Washington English Center, since summer, 2013, the club has welcomed adults from Argentina, Brazil, China, Costa Rica, Iran, Japan, Mexico, Poland and Romania.  The conversation club is free, and no reservations are necessary.    Come to the second floor of the library, any Monday or Wednesday morning, from 10 am until noon.  –Susan Joseph, Ph. D., facilitator
