Strange lights on New Year’s Eve might not catch everyone’s attention, but one Ashburn man grabbed his mobile phone camera after spotting some odd lights fading in and out in the evening sky.
“You couldn’t help but see it in the sky, that bright,” Chris Smith told ABC News 7.
