A new report on crime at Metro stations throughout the D.C. shows commuters which stations are seeing the most crime.

Totals include theft, arson, robbery and aggravated assault reported between January and August of 2013. These crimes increased by 9.8 percent over the same time period in 2012, according to the report.

Information in the report notes the top 10 stations for crime in D.C., Virginia and Maryland.

More than half of the crimes committed on the Metro are thefts of cell phones and bicycles, according to that new report from the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority.

"The National Capital Region is experiencing an increase in cell phone and device snatches and bike thefts that, in turn, is driving an increase in crime on Metro," according to the report.
