Georgetown Candy Storm: Halloween 2012

The streets of Georgetown were full of trick-or-treaters last night.

Georgetown experienced a different kind of storm last night: Children, families and adults flooded the streets of Georgetown less than 48 hours after Hurricane Sandy in pursuit of Halloween candy, the best costume and a fun evening.
