The District Department of Transportation has extended the time period for resurfacing the section of Wisconsin Avenue, NW, between Hall Place and Massachusetts Avenue, NW through Dec. 14. Lane restrictions will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
According to a DDOT news release the following lane changes will be in effect:
- 7 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Two southbound lanes and one northbound lane will be kept open.
- 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. One southbound and one northbound lane will be kept open.
- 3:30 p.m. – 6 p.m. Two northbound lanes and one southbound lane will be kept open.
Roadway resurfacing activities are part of the ongoing upgrade of Wisconsin Avenue.
