"He is friendly but most likely frightened," said Janet Mihalyfi, Havoc's owner. "We believe he is hiding in wooded areas."

Mihalyfi said that she has received calls about Havoc and tracked his sent in American University Park, Spring Valley and near the Dalecarlia Parkway.

Mihalyfi is asking people to look out for him particularly when in wooded areas such as Glover-Archibald Park, Battery Kemble Park, C&O Canal or Capital Crescent Trail. And if you see him, a picture of Havoc would be helpful, she said.

Call (248) 755-7594 if you spot Havoc.

"We are devastated," Mihalyfi said. "Thank you for your help."
