Q&A Cafe Friday: WAMU's Kojo Nnamdi at The George Town Club

Got a question about politics or current events in DC? Head to the Q&A Cafe on Friday in Georgetown.

Carol Joynt hosts her next Q&A Cafe Friday at a new location, The George Town Club 1530 Wisconsin Ave., according to Joynt's blog

The guest is WAMU's Kojo Nnamdi, host of the daily "The Kojo Nnamdi Show." Given the recent turn of events in the DC mayor's race, the timing couldn't be better.

The program for Friday, a question-and-answer program with Joynt and Nnamdi about current events, will begin at 1:30pm. Seating will begin at 1 p.m.

The fee is $35, which includes lunch: Choice of soup or salad, an entree and cupcakes from Georgetown Cupcake for dessert. The George Town Club has a full bar and wine list.

For reservations, call (202) 333-9330. Joynt notes that while it's a private club, "all Q&A'ers will be warmly welcomed."
