VIDEO: Georgetown's Musket Fence

A fence on the 2800 block of P Street is more than meets the eye.

Ghosts of DC, a popular local history blog, featured a Georgetown fence that was formed from reclaimed Washington Navy Yard muskets. The muskets were taken as a small repayment for funds given by Georgetowners during the War of 1812.

Watch the video and then read the Ghosts of DC's post to learn more about the story behind the fence, which surrounds the homes at 2803 and 2805 P Street.
