Chef Spike Planning Fall 2012 Opening in Georgetown

Chef Spike Mendelsohn just launched a new website this week and offered further confirmation that , but there is still no official location.

Patch asked where exactly he might be moving in and when. We know the when: Fall 2012. There where is still a matter of speculation.

Good Stuff spokesperson, Jordyn Lazar, told Patch in an email:

The current tenant of our location in Georgetown is still operating a business in the space for the time being. Until they vacate and we begin construction, we are not disclosing the location or timeline. We hope that by doing this, we can respect the current tenant and allow them to continue operating their business without disruption or distraction.

Fair enough. Georgetowners and burger fans will have to keep guessing.

But, Lazar told Patch, "we cannot wait to be a part of the Georgetown neighborhood!"
