Please join us as we lift a glass to First Star and the Foster Youth Academy Programs at UCLA, URI and Greater DC. The Academy, an on-campus residential program, instructs and prepares foster youth for college. First Star, a national 501(c)(3) public charity was founded in 1999 to strengthen the rights and improve the lives of America's abused and neglected children through education, public policy, legislative reform, direct services and litigation.
