FREE Plant Protein Cooking Class

The second in a series with Juliette Tahar of Healthy Living, Inc.. Each month we will focus on a healthy, wholesome ingredient and bring you recipes that combine balanced nutrition and seasonality with flavor and ease of preparation. This session's menu will focus on plant proteins for all occasions. By itself, tofu is very bland, but this blandness means tofu can be adapted to unlimited flavor combinations. Seitan is a wonder from wheat that mimics meat! You can use it in chilis and stews and your meat-eater friends will never know.

Menu: Chili con Seitan and Pan-fried Ginger Tofu Cutlets
