Safeway, Inc. and Lilly launched the exclusive Debi Lilly Design™ Line of Floral and Home Décor in May, representing the first partnership of its kind by a major supermarket.

A remarkable talent, the Chicago-based Lilly is the founder and president of A Perfect Event – one of the country’s most successful special event companies, with a faithful (and famous) following that includes Oprah Winfrey – for whom she planned and executed the nationally televised “Oprah’s 50th Birthday Bash!”

Lilly has emerged as the one to watch in the sphere of event planning and home décor, and prides herself on being involved in all aspects of her events, from custom invitations and floral design to the gifts and photograph.  She continually serves as an industry expert, featured in such publications as In Style Magazine, Martha Stewart Weddings, Bride’s, People Magazine and ABC News.

While her clients include additional high-profile names such as Brooke Shields, Debra Messing, Cartier and McDonald’s, Lilly believes that anyone should be able to create unforgettable events without spending a lot of money or time, and that belief inspired the creation of the exclusive Debi Lilly Design™ collection available at Safeway.
