HomeMade Pizza Opens Today

The take-and-bake pizza chain opens its sixth DC-area store today, Feb. 22.

HomeMade Pizza opens its newest DC area store today at 1826 Wisconsin Ave. with a launch party beginning a 4 p.m. The take-and-bake pizza store makes everything with fresh, all natural ingredients. The newest addition to the D.C. area will host a three-day launch party complete with kids' activities, fresh produce giveaways and free pizza.

“My brother Matt and I have always loved pizza. ...Pizza at home, which is exactly where you want to eat it, was never as good as pizza hot out of a pizzeria’s oven. I felt there had to be a better way - a way to have hot, fresh, all natural, made-from-scratch pizza -  at home, ” said Eric Fosse, co-founder of HomeMade Pizza.

Stop by the new store, just across from the Social Safeway, on Feb. 22-23 from 4-7 p.m. and Feb. 24 from 2-7 p.m. The pizza store takes over the space previously occupied by Spiral Flight Yoga & Wellness Center.

Fosse said his pizza shop is “the best way for Georgetown’s busy families and residents to get an all natural dinner on the table in minutes...". Decide for yourself with free samples Tuesday through Thursday.
