Jonathan Adler Store to Open in July

The retailer will move into 1267 Wisconsin Ave., the former location of GapKids

Jonathan Adler will open at 1267 Wisconsin Ave. on July 6, according to a Facebook post from BrandLinkDC the store's D.C. communications team.

The home decor and furniture store will replace GapKids at the corner of Wisconsin Avenue and N Street.

Though Patch and other outlets previously reported a possible May opening, the store will not open until July. Instead, on May 22 Adler spoke at the Corcoran Gallery of Art to promote his new store.

Adler is a potter by trade who has since developed his own design dynasty.
