Wylie Wagg is bringing its popular organic pet products to a new Woodley Park location that will be its first Washington, D.C. store, according to George Galloway, managing principal of Next Realty Mid-Atlantic, LLC, the store’s exclusive broker.

The company currently has four locations in Northern Virginia, in Arlington, Tyson's, Fairfax and Middleburg.

Wylie Wagg will occupy a 2,900-square-foot building at 2625 Connecticut Ave., N.W. and is slated to open later this month. (Its Web site notes a July 15 opening.) The store will be diagonally across from the Woodley Park-Zoo metro stop on the Red Line.

Next Realty’s George Galloway, Andrew Rose and Bryan Davis represented Wylie Wagg in the lease.

Congrats on the new store!! The more organic options the better. Even for our furry little friends. Best of luck and much success! Regards, Freshana Organic Solutions
