Steven Alan to Open First DC Area Store in Georgetown

Retailer Steven Alan will move into its first DC address in Cady’s Alley in September, replacing fashion and furniture store Muléh. Cady's Alley is located at 3319 M St. NW and is owned and leased by EastBanc, Inc. and Jamestown.

Steven Alan is a casual fashion boutique with offerings for both men and women.

“Steven Alan is one of the more innovative urban retailers we have recently met,” Philippe Lanier, vice president of EastBanc, Inc., said in a press release. “The store’s interest in becoming a component of Cady's Alley helps solidify our desire to enhance and complement the design focus of the block with innovative retailers developing a brand and culture around their customer."

The 670-square-foot store is located directly across from Kafe Leopold.
