THE EZRA COMPANY NAMES INDUSTRY VETERAN SUSAN STOUDT ITS DIRECTOR OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT

February 18, 2014 (Washington, D.C.) – The Washington, D.C.-based Ezra Company, one of the leading commercial real estate firms in the nation that exclusively represents tenants, announces today that it has appointed Susan Stoudt director of project management.

In her new role, Stoudt, who has worked in the construction and real estate industries for more than 30 years, is charged with heading the firm’s in-house project management team, which provides services such as strategic planning, construction management, and design and relocation management.

Over her career, Stoudt has managed a wide variety of projects in the Washington metropolitan region and across the country for the full spectrum of commercial clients including office tenants, commercial landlords, data center developers, hotel operators and retailers.

Her long-time experience as a project manager, developer and general contractor has given her an exceptional depth of expertise in guiding clients through the project-delivery process.

Prior to joining The Ezra Company, Stoudt headed project management for DTZ’s Washington office, and before that she provided project-management services for CBRE and Mark Anderson Associates. A few of her clients have included AARP, CACI, Harris Corporation, NASA and Rolls-Royce.
