Georgetown Murder Suspect's Hunger Strike Keeps His Attorneys in Charge

Though Albrecht Muth has said he would like to proceed pro se in his defense in the murder trial for his late wife, Viola Drath, a judge said his public defender attorneys are still in charge of the case because of Muth's very poor health. Muth has been on a fast for several weeks and his doctors said he is nothing more than "skin and bones." Read more about what happened in court this week here.
