Jack's Boathouse and NPS Go Head to Head Over Land Lease

Jack's Boathouse and the National Park Service offer conflicting explanations for the NPS decision to make the boathouse compete for a bid to run its business on the Georgetown Waterfront. Jack's says it's possible NPS does not event own the land, but NPS says it is confident in its jurisdiction and will move forward accepting bids for a boat rental facility.
