Editor's Notebook: Trapeze Rats, New Business Updates, and Muth, Cunning or Crazy?

A look at a few of the most notable stories this week on Georgetown Patch.

Rats have infested the backyards of residents of the 1500 block of 3200 Street, NW and Marvelous Market's trash cans appear to be the main culprit. According to Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner Tom Birch, a tree with low-hanging branches near the dumpsters gave the rats a "trapeze point of entry" to a regular source of food. Good Stuff Eatery is hoping for a December opening and ShopHouse has an ambitious goal of opening by the new year.
