The displaced hundreds of residents and workers and has many looking for answers about how it could have happened in the first place.  The management company, MRP Real Estate Services, has not commented on the flood gates, which were not put in place despite warnings of coastal flooding by the National Weather Service.

The company released a statement Tuesday that continues to avoid answering questions about why the flood walls were not used and when residents and businesses will be able to return to the Washington Harbour buildings.
