Learn to Wrestle @ H&M Mat Club!

Hustle & Muscle Mat Club is hosting open spring practices for youth & high school wrestlers! No experience needed! Beginners are welcome!
Friday evenings on April 11, 18, 25, May 2, 9, and 16, 2014.
High School will be from 5:30-6:30pm. (all levels welcome).
Youth from 6:30-7:30pm (beginner through intermediate).
We practice at the St. Albans School wrestling room located in Northwest DC near the National Cathedral.
