Whole Foods Market Georgetown, Sauce Queens "Winesday Tasting"

Whole Foods Market Georgetown will feature successful, local
mom-preneurs The Sauce Queens at a special “Winesday” holiday event on October
30, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm.  For just
$5, customers will receive a store tour that includes a sample of four food
dishes featuring Sauce Queens sauces plus wine pairings and dessert.  Patrons are encouraged to join the Sauce
Queens in expressing the Halloween spirit by dressing in costume.

The Sauce Queens are headquartered in Alexandria, VA. Eli
Rakis and Sally Eastman are friends and moms who were inspired to share their love
of wholesome and flavorful meals with others. They sold their first container
of salsa at the Old Town Whole Foods Market less than one year ago. Today, they
offer three different sauces in six Whole Food stores in the region and are
continuing to branch out.
