Blood Drive
Donate blood to the Children’s National Medical Center at Dumbarton House on Thursday, July 19th from 10 am to 3pm. All participants will receive free museum admission. Their donation mobile will be stationed in the Dumbarton House parking lot on 27th and Q Street.
Blood donation provides a great opportunity to make a difference by saving lives. Donating with the Children’s National Medical Center will help children who are fighting cancer or chronic illnesses and have other medical needs. The need for blood donations is great. According to the Children’s National Medical Center, a baby undergoing heart surgery needs blood transfusion that is no more than five days old.
