Want to network with other pet owners? There are plenty of awesome online sites for you to choose from. Today we'll take a look at some of the best ones.

If you'd love to meet wtih other pet lovers, you don't have to rely on chance meetings at the dog park or pet store. You can meet lots of other pet lovers online, too!

Of course, most people already know about Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. But these are more general networks. There are a host of lesser-known networks that are devoted specifically to both pets and their owners.

Dogster.com and Catster.com

Both of these sites provide a natural spot for dog lovers or cat lovers to meet up. Both sites are run by the same company and are set up in essentially the same way. Each site offers articles, videos, advice, and adoption help to pet owners. Both will also help you find veterinarian services for your furry friends. And both have thriving communities that you can participate in!

You can create a profile page for your pet, join and create groups, and chat on some very active forums. The format is clean and easy to read, making either spot a fun place to go and interact.
