The Graham Georgetown (1075 Thomas Jefferson Street, NW) turns its rooftop Observatory bar into The Laboratory for Halloween. The Laboratory will the scene of the Halloween Party with specialty cocktails and costume prizes. Open bar will be available from 8 to 10 p.m., featuring syringe shots, bourbon cider and a hot pumpkin coffee cocktail. Costumes are required, and the guest with the most creative costume will win a prize from The Graham Georgetown. Tickets for The Laboratory are $30. On, Thursday, October 31st at 9 p.m., join Nick's Riverside Grill (3050 K Street, NW) for a Halloween Night Celebration, including DC Throwback at 10 p.m. and a costume contest to follow. You can win brunch for two at Tony and Joe's, a bar tab at Nick's Riverside, merchandise and more, so wear your best Halloween costume yet! You must be 21 and older to attend; no cover charge included. Plus, on Friday and Saturday, Nick's Halloween weekend continues with specialty scary drinks, impromptu giveaways to the best costumes seen all weekend, in addition to beer and cocktail specials.
