Taser Assault and Robbery Reported on 34th Street
Robbery occurred Tuesday night in the 1500 block of 34th St. NW in Georgetown.
Police are looking for a suspect who robbed and assaulted a victim with a taser Tuesday night around 10 in the 1500 block of 34th St. NW.
According to an email from Second District Cmrd. Michael Reese:
The suspect approached the victim from the rear and assaulted the victim with a taser. Taken was a cell phone, pocket change and a wallet. The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Police are searching for a suspect described as black male, about 5-foot-10 and weighing approximately 140 to 160 pounds. At the time of the attack he was wearing a black jacket, black jeans, black bandanna and carrying a black backpack.
