The Advisory Neighborhood Commission (ANC2E) for Georgetown will discuss several items of note at their Feb. 27 meeting (technically the March meeting).

Top on the list?

  • Red light camers and/or other traffic enforcement at Wisconsin Avenue and M Street, and at M Street near the Key Bridge.
  • The return of with an updated design. The historic house to its plans to to include climate controlled storage, a gatehouse cum visitors' entrance, a greenhouse and an education center.
  • is back, requesting a permit for a new light scheme and sign. Last we heard from the convenience store, to address the concerns of nearby residents. It is unclear whether we'll learn what came out of those drawing board efforts.
