Georgetown DMV to Close Saturday
The Department of Motor Vehicles will close May 19 at 4 p.m.
The Georgetown branch of the Department of Motor Vehicles in the will close Saturday because of construction at the mall. The DMV offices will close at 4 p.m. May 19.
The DMV will open a temporary service center at 301 C Street, NW, but not until June 4, two weeks later. The temporary center will be co-located with Adjudication Services and will operate under the same hours: Monday-Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4 p.m.

New DC residents who have requested their lienholders to send out-of-state titles to the Georgetown Service Center will need to visit the Penn Branch Service Center to title and register their vehicles after Saturday, May 19, 2012.
