WOW! 10,000 Square Feet With 13 Bathrooms And An Elevator

A historic Georgetown mansion is back on the market.

The Williams-Addison House at 1645 31st St., N.W., is back on the market since it was last sold in June 2012 for $6.2 million, and it has more than doubled in price.

According to Zillow, the nearly 200-year-old mansion on the $16.8 million estate has been renovated inside and out.

The mansion was built in 1817 and has recently had the exterior restored and the interior updated with "modern luxuries and smart home technology."

With more than 10,000 square feet, the Zillow listing called the property "one of Georgetown's largest privately owned estates."

The home includes nine bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, an elevator and a sauna. The grounds include a carriage house and a three-car garage.

The estate was listed on Dec. 20. For more information and to schedule a private tour, check out the Zillow listing
