Empanadas Fit For Youe Occasion- Everyday Vegan Cooking Class

An empanada is a stuffed bread or pastry baked or fried in many countries of Latin America and Southern Europe. The name comes from the verb empanar, meaning to wrap or coat in bread. Empanada is made by folding a dough or bread patty around the stuffing. This is just what you will learn to do in this installment of Cooking With Juliette. She will dress up these empanadas with a delightful Carrot Butter that is fit for any special occasion. Juliette focuses on simple, quick, everyday vegan/ vegetarian menus. All experience levels are welcome!
