Halloween Parade at Stoddert
The October 28th Halloween Parade at Stoddert Elementary brought out the characters in all students as parents snapped photos.
Children transformed into goblins, princesses and characters from Star Wars spilled out of Stoddert Elementary Thursday for a Halloween parade. Lead by a drum playing teacher, children marched around the block, returning to school for a party on their half-day Thursday, Oct. 28.
