Hardy Receives Grant for New Instruments

The Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation selected Hardy Middle School for a $10,500 grant.

Hardy Middle School was recently selected for a $10,500 grant from the Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation to cover the cost of 16 new Yamaha flutes

The school newsletter explains:

"Thanks to the hard work of our new Grants Committee and the Music Department faculty, Hardy has been selected by the "Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation" to receive a donation of 16 new Yamaha flutes, valued at $10,500. Specifically, this donation was made possible through the generous support of the American Association of Political Consultants, as well as a Washington-based individual donor, Mr. David Crawford."
