Big East Basketball Tournament 2013 Final Scores, Schedule, Television, Predictions
Georgetown takes a bye as some great, bad basketball gets underway. Finals for USF v. Seton Hall, Rutgers v. DePaul.
As far as bad basketball games go, the opener of the Big East tournament at Madison Square Garden was a great one.
Seton Hall and the University of South Florida both played poorly enough not to win in regulation, but in the end, Seton Hall pulled out a 46-42 overtime victory as the Hoyas sat idle, enjoying their bye before their Thursday opener.
Seton Hall now has an unenviable matchup Wednesday against Syracuse. The Hoyas get the winner of Wednesday's Cincinnati v. Providence game.
